Autogate Technician

Have 3 years experience in installation and maintenance autogate system
- Know about CCTV, alarm system and door access
- Make wiring and configuration
- Perform network troubleshooting
- Make new installation requested by clients and completed them.
- Make sure to do the quality control checklist after completed the project.
- Backup if have problem on installation.
- Do re-check on previous site to check the quality control.
- Ask customers if they have other problems.
- Liaising with teams to find the best solutions to customer’s issues.
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- electrical and electronic: 2 years (preferred)
- autogate installation & maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
