**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with QC Team, Planner, and Logistics Colleagues activities for the efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct analysis of logistics operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards related to transportation and logistics activities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as shipping records, invoices, and reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance and key metrics.
- Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance, including import/export declarations, permits, and licenses.
- Calculate and process duties, taxes, and other fees associated with international shipments.
- Communicate with customs authorities and other government agencies to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize delays.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business or similar field.
- Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience in Supply Chain/Store Department /Warehouse management
- Previous experience in customs clearance, customs brokerage, or related field strongly preferred.
- Proficient in MS. Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Must have Malaysia custom and shipping knowledge.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
