1. To conduct internal and external training (theory, flying practical, assessment) aligned with RPTO. 2. Involve and show role in RPTO module development and update. 3. Prepare and revise training materials if necessary. 4. Update theoretical modules based on latest update by CAAM. 5. To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time 6. To deliver and conduct theoretical knowledge education and practical training in accordance with the training syllabuses including CAAM approved training. 7. To assist Chief Remote Pilot on RPTO related matters including audit, documentations, training plan etc. 8. Prepares and update lesson plans, course overviews and course syllabus from time to time 9. Willing to travel to deliver training course during weekdays or weekend if necessary at any training location including Sabah and Sarawak 10. To assist Head of Training on training developments, promotions, improvements and expansion. 11. Carry out assigned responsibilities in a timely, diligent, safe & professional manner
