Go Kart Marshal

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the karts condition is ready to be driven by customers. This includes test the karts handling and pedal controls are functioning well up to standards. If not, seek advice from mechanic to solve the upcoming issues.
- Ensure children are at the appropriate height and requirements for Go Karting.
- Strong understand and enforcement of course rules and regulations (especially on the protection gears like helmet, glove and shoes)
- Operate Go Kart sessions with allocated timing system format.
- To assists mechanic on karts maintenance, tracks and other facility equipment that require attention whenever necessary.
- Perform First Aid procedure to customer whenever necessary.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of karts, track, cafe, briefing rooms and waiting area.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to implement the Company's core values to exceed customers' expectation every time.

**Requirements**:

- **Added advantage for those who experiences in Theme Park, Sports & Recreational or Go Kart Operation.**:

- Have a pleasant customer service experience to customers.
- Good communication skills and respond to customer in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
- **6 working days per week,** **OT is provided.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
