Job Scope
Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a graduate training programme offerred in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia. It is an intensive graduate training programme designed to jump-start your career in the financial services industry. CGC Malaysia Berhad is committed to continue its second intake of this FSTEP trainee programme.
The training programme helps fresh graduates jump-start their career in the financial services industry through a 3-month period of comprehensive and interactive classroom training followed by a 9-month period of on-the-job training with the respective sponsoring financial institutions. Next intake will commencing on October 2023.
As CGC is embarking towards digital transformation with greater emphasis on data, the search of the FSTEP talent is to propel building this competency.
- Job Requirement
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Computer Science/ Graphic Design/ Multimedia/ Finance/ Accounting/ Corporate Admin/ Legal (with a minimum CGPA of 3.00).
- Malaysian citizen
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Active involvement in co-curricular activities
- Proficient in English
