**Job Scope**
- Assist and support the admin team on the full spectrum of admin and HR duties, day-to-day management of admin and HR operations, other events and projects.
- Responsible for the preparation and preservation of documents and reference materials required.
- Responsible for data entries including but not limited to sales record, inventory record, merchandise move, etc.
- Assist with training & development.
- Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g. Government Organizations, Suppliers, Contractors etc.)
- Replenish pantry, stationeries, and cleaning related items, monitor monthly usage.
- Any other administrative duties & Ad hoc duties tasked by Manager or Supervisor.

**Job Requirement**
- Business level of English fluency is required to communicate with the management team members who are stationed in various countries.
- Holder of driving licence.
- Compulsory knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Report generation with a good eye for details to ensure report accuracy.
- Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow-up skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy working with all levels of employees.
- Process good communication and written skills.
- Mandarin speakers are welcome as some of our clients are Mandarin speakers.
- Minimum Diploma level.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
