POSITION GOALS
Perform site line walk to create new drawing if non available or alter existing building drawing sketches as per physical condition layout and as per client expectation. Revise and improvise the existing buildings drawing for synchronization and standardization for uniformity including layers and line properties. Based on experience, skills and knowledge as draftsman advice client on the correct features of the drawing template and implement them. Provide consultation to EHS team and draw e-map as request.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The AutoCAD Draftsmen is responsible to ensure all the building drawings are up to date, no error, no mismatch and all standard feature captured.

Facilities Space Operations
Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits/line walk.

Seamlessly integrating and working with Intel SPOC, project owners, area owner, internal team to produce drawing if not available and alter existing drawings.

Systematically saving sketches and drawings on our CAD server; keeping the server organized; updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made.

Understand well on technical drawings standard features based on the experience and skills gained and synchronize all the drawings.

Seeking clarity and understanding from Intel SPOC, project owners, area owner, internal team when you are not 100% certain of any matters.

Organizing and uploading drawings to web-based storage sites/collaboration project sites to share drawings for Space Planning team for retrieval.

Upload in TRIRIGA share drive & link back with Source drawing

Update space details information in TRIRIGA diligently.

Verify and update right category of space details in TRIRIGA.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP) for Key Performance Measures.

Ensure the KPI Targets and client expectation for the account are met.

Building drawings are all synchronize and systematically stored at share drive.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A diploma/degree in Computer Aided Drafting or Building Architecture. Autodesk AutoCAD certified with experience.

Minimum 3 - 6 years’ experience in a CAD Operator role.

Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.

Experience as AutoCAD draftsman in architectural firm or similar trades to draw as-built drawings of office buildings’ architectural plans and furniture layout.”

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES
Interpersonal skills with a strong customer service skill.

Good communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback.

Attention to details, self-discipline and able to work independently to deliver discipline on day-to-day work.

Proactive attitude on identifying error, rectify before client high light and provide innovative ideas.

Hands-on skills on AutoCAD software in advance level.

Good written and oral communication skills.

Fast draw skill using the AutoCAD feature available.

Strong analytical skills.

Reliable and responsive. Need to while handle client’s privacy privately and confidentiality information

Have basic knowledge in Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
