Ecommerce Executive

**Commercial (TikTok)**
- Achieve the planned sales target
- Join every campaign with given promo price. Propose mechanics/price if have any special campaign [STRICTLY NO MISTAKE, ANY MISTAKE THAT CAUSED LOSES WILL UNDER BE PIC’S RESPONSIBILITY]
- Create promotion such as voucher, flash sale, discount and other after getting approval by brand [STRICTLY NO MISTAKE, ANY MISTAKE THAT CAUSED LOSES WILL UNDER BE PIC’S RESPONSIBILITY]
- Monitor the sales for campaign day (Dday & Payday) [even in weekend]
- Plan whole next month planning (Promotion & ads planning) before 20th of every month
- Upload product listing
- Campaign store decoration
- Manage and monitor ads to get the best ROAS
- Plan video content to fit the brand and get sales
- Plan & monitor livestream mechanics/way of conducting it to get sales
- (If video is not created by us): Monitor video produced and give feedback
- (If livestream is not run by us): Monitor livestream conducted and give feedback
- Propose any kind of trending video/livestream mechanics & way of conducting to improve the sales
- Make sure any return request will be solved within the platform’s timeframe (48hours), raise to PIC if have any pending
- Make sure any pending order will be shipped out, raise to PIC if have any pending
- Prepare weekly and monthly report
- Organize meeting weekly/monthly with PIC/brand to discuss on the sales
- Maintain good relationship with brands and resolve any issues/enquiries within the same day
- Maintain good relationship with TikTok’s key account manager (KAM)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
