**Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Knowledge**:Have a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including features, benefits, and pricing.

**2. Sales**:Handle enquiries from customers through chats and phone calls in the office to identify their needs, recommend products or services that meet those needs, and ultimately close sales.

**3. Recommendation**:Listen attentively to customers' requirements, provide appropriate product recommendations, and offer advice or solutions to address their concerns or questions.

**4. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling**:Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to customers to maximize sales revenue.

**5. Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

**6. Order Processing**:Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales transactions.

**7. Promotions & Marketing**:Support marketing initiatives and promotions by actively promoting featured products or special offers to customers.

**Working Hours**:
1st year:
Shift 1: 9 am - 6 pm

Shift 2: 1 pm - 10 pm

Flexible 6 days rest + Public Holidays

2nd year and onwards:
Shift 1: 9 am - 6 pm

Shift 2: 1 pm - 10 pm

Flexible 8 days rest + Public Holidays

Within 1 minute walk from PWTC lrt station
