- Set-up organized & maintain filing records
- Update status & tracking reports, process and distribute documents effectively

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience in general administrative works
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Good communication, coordination, strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution of work initiative
- Strong & brilliant verbal and written communication skills both English & BM, and able to communicate well with all levels of staff
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with mínimal supervision
- Willing to provide support after working hours

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Miri (required)
