**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Analysis**:Conduct in-depth financial analysis, interpret trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
**Budgeting and Forecasting**:Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, as well as provide accurate financial forecasts.
**Financial Reporting**:Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
**Cash Flow Management**:Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability and liquidity.
**Audit and Compliance**:Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing best practices.
**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and contribute to the implementation of efficient financial systems.
**Vendor Management**:Oversee relationships with financial service providers and ensure cost-effective solutions.
**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
