We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Malaysia. The Qualified Nurse will play a crucial role in providing holistic nursing care to patients, promoting health education, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:

- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse age groups and medical conditions.
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and health status evaluations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy as prescribed by healthcare providers.

**Care Coordination**:

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences while respecting their rights and dignity.

**Health Promotion and Education**:

- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care management strategies.
- Provide guidance on medication adherence, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify risk factors and facilitate early intervention.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Document nursing interventions, medication administration, and patient responses in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Report changes in patients' condition or significant findings to healthcare providers promptly.

**Quality Improvement**:

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and clinical audits to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay abreast of current nursing research, best practices, and clinical guidelines to inform nursing practice.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Able to perform housecalls; a background in hospital medicine is a must.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficient in nursing assessments, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Malay, both spoken and written.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
