Extrusion Technician

Responsible for the start-up and troubleshooting of extrusion product to ensure fulfil customer requirement and product quality.
- Responsible for extruding new products, testing and mass production.
- Responsible for upper/lower dies and daily maintenance of extrusion dies.
- Responsible in process parameter troubleshooting and provide support on maintenance task.
- Ensure completion of documentation, molding process parameters and equipment condition checklist, etc.
- Performed daily 7s activity / safe working environment and maintain high standard.
- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials to superior.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
