Executive Admission and Records

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and conduct a briefing session for students explaining the information required by the PTPTN during induction week.
- Assisting IT Department regarding Netbook giveaway for all students’ intakes 2009 onwards.
- Preparing monthly Financial Reports to be submitted to Finance department at main campus.
- Do PTPTN reports to main campus (Finance Dept) regarding any payment received from PTPTN.
- Do refunds and discounts process for problematic students example Hepatitis B, wrongly bank-in to college a/c, over charged to students, etc.
- Participate in all regular registration and off campus registration by verifying student information and admission status, entering new students into the registration system and entering courses as needed.
- Assists students for graduation process.
- Assists students/parents with questions about billing and others related information.
- Responsible for admissions data entry and others tasks related administrative.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Attending training/meeting as assigned
- Assisting company's auditor for auditing purpose.
- Assisting marketing department, attending walk-in students and answering telephone enquiries regarding course in formations, fees, and etc.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor/ Diploma holder with 3 years of working experience or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Proficient in MS Office products and ability to learn other software programs;
- Detail orientated, accurate with ability to prioritize information in a timely manner;
- Strong communication skills; written, oral, active listening and interpersonal skills;
- Work effectively in team situations, demonstrate computational ability,
- Ability to work on several tasks at a time;
- Ability to respond effectively in a variety of situations;
- Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
- A strong public service orientation to work well with faculty, staff, students, and the community;
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
