Job Summary: As a Google SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our company or client’s website and digital assets. Your expertise in optimizing for Google search algorithms and understanding of SEO best practices will be crucial in driving organic traffic, increasing website authority, and achieving business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms for the company's products or services.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine rankings and click-through rates.
- Perform on-page SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve website authority and domain credibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, providing regular reports on key SEO metrics and insights.
- Stay up-to-date of Google algorithm and search engine trends, adjusting SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Optimize local SEO elements, including Google My Business listings and local directory citations.
- Work closely with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements, such as website speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in their SEO strategies and develop tactics to outperform competitors in search rankings.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, new tools, and emerging SEO trends to enhance the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
- Provide SEO recommendations and guidelines to enhance the user experience and overall website performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development and implementation, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and website traffic.
- In-depth knowledge of Google's search algorithms and ranking factors, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and others.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize SEO performance.
- Technical proficiency in website CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement technical SEO changes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate SEO recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple SEO projects and priorities.
- Understanding of content marketing principles and how they relate to SEO strategy.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry developments.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
