Director of Nursing

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing nursing and clinical protocols for Ambulatory Care Centres.
- Supervising all nursing staff.
- Overseeing department budgets.
- Maintaining high standards of care for all patients.
- Managing patients' data and medical records as confidential records.
- Communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health.
- Recruiting, training and onboarding new nursing staff.
- Providing ongoing education classes.
- Implementing new procedures and training nurses on policies.
- Establishing goals and policies for the nursing department.
- Creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.
- Coordinating with physicians and other consultants.
- Producing reports and conducting assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Master's Degree/Degree in Nursing with minimum of 7-10 years of experience in nursing, with a strong background in nursing leadership.
- Proven experience in ambulatory care and outpatient services.
- Experience in developing and implementing nursing education and training programs.
- Understanding in budget management, including budget development and financial oversight.
- Experience in developing and implementing nursing education and training programs.
- Holds relevant certificates and qualifications.

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
