Overview:
STATEMENT (defines the major functions/purpose of the position)

This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of logistics related activities ensuring consistency with company strategy, compliance and goals in the APAC region. Assisting the Manager, Logistics, APAC and co-coordinating international/regional logistics activities but not limited to:

- Day to day logistics problem solving and support to the APAC markets.
- Logistics service provider KPI and performance management.
- Trade compliance execution.
- Logistics project coordination and implementation.
- Operational cost saving and cost avoidance.
- Implementing new corporate policy and process with market’s supply chain operation team.
- Day to day logistics problem solving and support to the APAC markets.
- Logistics reports and dashboard management. Data maintenance via systems or tools.
- Training coordination.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1.Logistics Operation & 3PL Performance Management
- Shipping coordination among HIL, country CM and APAC markets for regional products delivery
- Day to day logistics problem solving and support to the APAC markets.
- Monitor APAC Home Delivery Performance & identify opportunities for improvements
- Monitor Logistics service provider KPI, Scorecard and performance management.
- Work with local logistics operation team (14 markets), corporate trade compliance, regional Tax on any import regulation or process change which may impact on importing process and lead-time.
- Ensure Global HTS code harmonization. Quarterly HTS code verification with local logistics operation team and corporate trade compliance team.
- New product / Merchandise, event shipment importation feasibility study.
- Monthly SOX audit report follow up
- Monitor regional brokers’ service performance via monthly shipment and KPI reports.

2. Customs and Trade Compliance
- Work with local logistics operation team (14 markets), corporate trade compliance, regional Tax on any import regulation or process change which may impact on importing process and lead-time.
- Ensure Global HTS code harmonization. Quarterly HTS code verification with local logistics operation team and corporate trade compliance team.
- New product / Merchandise, event shipment importation feasibility study.
- Monthly SOX audit report follow up
- Monitor regional brokers’ service performance via monthly shipment and KPI reports.

3.Logistics System Development and Enhancement
- Manage the deployment and execution of existing systems and tools.
- System enhancement for optimization.
- Develop the series of monthly logistics reports in SCORE system and support the enhancement.
- Master data maintenance, input/Output templates design, technical specifications communication and UAT execution for related logistics systems.
- Support new system launch or new system development projects.
- Collection, control and evaluation of the monthly logistics related reports and dashboard.
- Design and implement related logistics dashboards for business analysis.
- Monitoring and execution of logistics service provider KPI.
- Maintenance of various logistics reports
- Support on functional or refresh trainings. Coordination on training schedule, training material updates and training quiz preparation etc.
- Functional training material preparation in ‘Supply Chain Academy’

4.Logistics Reports/Dashboard
- Collection, control and evaluation of the monthly logistics related reports and dashboard.
- Design and implement related logistics dashboards for business analysis.
- Monitoring and execution of logistics service provider KPI.
- Maintenance of various logistics reports

5.Training & Education
- Support on functional or refresh trainings. Coordination on training schedule, training material updates and training quiz preparation etc.
- Functional training material preparation in ‘Supply Chain Academy

6.Support on Logistics Projects
- Provide support to the project team i.e. data analysis and evaluation support during the project development phase. Project timeline maintenance and updates.
- Coordination with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support Access Point Strategy in APAC markets for new location opening and experience enhancement of existed facilities with high tech solutions like ASC.

7.Cost Saving and Cost Avoidance
- Support to define the logistics cost saving opportunities in different market.
- Maintain monthly APAC operational cost saving report with markets.
- Track actual realized cost saving and cost avoidance monthly.

- Interacts with all levels and functions throughout the organization; vendors; consultants; RGA, R&D, GSS, QA, MS, GTS, Country SCOP teams, Manufacturing, Real estate, Ethics and compliance, Legal, Controllership, FP&A, Cyber security and privacy.
