VOUCH ALLIANCE is a branding, marketing and business strategy company based in Johor Bahru. As we expand the business, we are seeking full-time individuals to be based in our office at Taman Molek. **Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm and propose ideas with the team to curate unique and aesthetically-pleasing content and solutions.
- Create design direction and style guide that tells the brand story and adheres to corporate identity and requirements.
- Design and produce creative assets & collaterals for various campaigns (at times ad-hoc).
- Create simple animated visuals (GIF, short videos in the form of infotainment and such) at times.

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and CN (due to certain client requirements)
- Possess impeccable taste and is meticulous when it comes to meeting client requirements.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Committed team player, independent and responsible. Must be proactive in meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high quality work on time.
- Able to have fun with colleagues. Work hard and play hard

**岗位职责**
- 与团队进行头脑风暴并提出想法，以策划独特和美观的内容和解决方案。
- 创建设计方向和风格指南，讲述品牌故事，并坚持企业身份和要求。
- 为各种活动(有时是特别活动)设计和制作创意作品。
- 偶尔制作简单的动画视觉效果(GIF，短视频，以信息娱乐的形式呈现等)

**岗位要求**
- 候选人必须拥有至少一个文凭，平面设计/创意多媒体或任何设计相关专业的高级/高级/研究生文凭或学位。
- 所需技能:Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro。
- 有2 - 3年以上工作经验者优先。
- 英语及华语口头及书面沟通能力(因客户需求)
- 富有创意广告的品味，满足客户需求外并提供专业呈现方式。
- 能够与同事相处愉快。努力工作，尽情玩乐
