Overall Responsibility - Responsible for overseeing all production-related activities Key areas of responsibility - To plan monthly production schedule to meet customers delivery dateline. - To identify & implement continuous improvement to the production processes. - To ensure all testing requirements are carried out, ensure process parameters meet product requirement through the implementation of ISO9001 Quality System. - To maximise productivity by optimising workforce algorithm per production line & machine throughput for operation expenses control. - To implement an analytical tool to diagnose the root cause of machine breakdown, human error, short of raw material. - To plan preventive maintenance with Engineering & Maintenance Department to minimise unplanned downtime. - To ensure safety rules & regulations of the workplace are met. Skills and attributes - Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent - Good interpersonal skills strong leadership to lead a production team to achieve KPI. - Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (for dealing with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Experience requirement - Knowledge ISO9001: 2015 Quality System; Lean Manufacturing, 5S. - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
