IT Technician

Job brief

**As an IT Technician you will diagnose repair and maintain hardware and software components. You will install and configure computer hardware and provide IT support for the organization. You will routinely interact with various customers and levels and understand their technical needs and implement IT solutions to resolve.**

**Responsibilities**
- 1st level support for computer related hardware and networks.
- Support engineers to install computer systems, computer network connections and cabling
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Install and upgrade antivirus software
- Travel to client sites
- Perform tests on new hardware and software
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform Preventive Maintenance routine for computer systems and network systems.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as network technician or relevant position
- Must have a driving license
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
- Good knowledge of PC, Notebook, Printers, Projectors and LAN/WAN networks technologies.
- Proficient with computer operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
- MUST be able to work independently
- MUST possesses valid driving license (Class D)
- MUST be willing to travel to customer sites

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
