**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**:
1. To ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service, including tactful and professional responses to any customer complaints.

2. Have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items available in the restaurant or for room service.

3. Keep updated on the latest daily promotions, food and beverage specials.

4. Have a good knowledge of alcoholic beverages and their pairings.

5. Always follow standard telephone etiquette while speaking to guests over the phone.

6. Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverage to the guest's room and tables.

7. Ensure that everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.

8. Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel and room layouts.

9. Must be able to anticipate guest or operational needs.

10. Train new team members and trainees.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
Ø Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protecting any information that is classified as confidential.

Ø Maintaining honesty and integrity with superiors, subordinates and guests.

Ø Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support hotel operations or events.

Ø Complying with the company’s grooming standard.

Ø Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

Ø Must be willing to travel to conduct business if required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
