1) This position is required asap- 2) To perform all accounting matters and knowledge in Autocount accounting software is an advantage- 3) To handle fulll set of accounts. Monthly closing of accounts and preparation of accounting reports- 4) Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, journal, accounts receivable and processing of accounts payables and bank reconciliation- 5) Prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in the accounting system- 6) Liaise with the auditor, banker and company secretary- 7) Responsible for credit control- 8) Assist in process to ensure procedure, documentation and system in order- 9) Assist with various ad-hoc tasks that may arise- 10 Balance sheet accounts reconciliation- 11) Data Entry- 12) Generate AR/AP cashflow reports**Job Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
2) Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is an advantage.

3) At least 1 year (s) working experience in the accounting, GST and SST is an advantage.

4) Self-motivated, outgoing, independent and responsible with a high level of initiative.

5) Hight level of accuracy, integrity, possesses organisational and interpersonal skills.

6) Able to handle full set of accounts

7) Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.

8) Good interpersonal and good communication skills.

9) Good team player with positive working attitude.

10) Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

11) Malaysian.

12) Office location in Klang, Selangor.
