Iqa/fg Inspector

Under normal supervision of the area lead, performs moderately complex visual, electrical and mechanical inspections of BSC purchased materials and components for first article and routine inspections.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make acceptance or rejection decisions based on established procedures.
- Perform visual and dimensional measurements of purchased components using microscopes, Instron, micrometers, dial calipers, snap gages, optical measuring systems, comparator, CMM, oscilloscope, and other precision measurement equipment.
- Establish appropriate inspection setups using the equipment available with little if any assistance.
- Perform the Finish Goods Inspection (Pre and Post Product Release) and by using Checklist, SAP, Share point and E-Release.
- Review and recommend changes to existing inspection procedures and engineering specifications.
- Follows company safety policies and procedures while ensuring quality work.
- Completing all the task per the schedule and Procedure.
- Execute and completing the work assigned with instruction by Technician, QE and Manager.
