**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify completeness and authorized signatories of journal and posting request.
- Assign request to inputter to perform manual entry.
- Verify data entry or maintenance reports and screens against source document to ensure data accuracy.
- Handle enrollment, termination, redemption and order requests to various service providers, vendors and suppliers.
- Ad-hoc assignment on process improvement and system enhancement User Acceptance Testing.
- Attend to inquiries from business and support units.
- Gather and compile information related to system issue and report to Help Desk.
- Follow up issue, task or assignment closely to ensure tasks completed within Service Level Agreement.
- Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Good English communication and written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player.
- Fast learner and able to handle multi-tasking.
- Manager - Preferably 5 to 6 years relevant experience in card operations.
- Senior Officer - 2 to 4 years/fresh graduate with relevant field of study is encouraged to apply.
