**Responsibilities**:

- Perform hands-on tasks related to product reconfiguration according to customer-specified procedures.
- Execute various reconfiguration tasks, including software upgrades for handheld scanner devices (Point Mobile, Intermec, Mobility, Datamax),firmware and hardware upgrades, relabeling, batteries repacking, product repacking, and removal/replacement of physical accessories.
- Conduct quality checks, tests, and verifications on newly received or recently reconfigured products to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Complete all required documentation related to reconfiguration activities accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all equipment in the reconfiguration area is in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed.
- Immediately report any problems encountered during reconfiguration activities to the Supervisor or Executive.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Executive or customers, including supporting Quality Inspectors with screening RMA parts, stock rotation returns, and purge checking.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge in handling electrical equipment and software, such as printers and handheld devices.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and perform them effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated independence and initiative, coupled with strong team work skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high
- quality standards.
