Bread Chef

We are hiring Bread Chef for creating, preparing, and baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. They must have an in-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Bread Chefs must also be able to manage their time efficiently and work well in a team environment. They must be creative and able to come up with unique recipes and flavor combinations. Bread Chefs must also be able to monitor and maintain their products quality and presentation. Bread Chef job scope includes: - Developing recipes and creating new menu items - Mixing and kneading dough, shaping dough into various styles of breads - Monitoring and maintaining production of baked goods - Arranging and preparing displays of baked goods - Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the kitchen - Ensuring ingredients and supplies are stocked - Assisting with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables and slicing meats - Supervising and training staff, if needed - Monitoring customer feedback and adjusting recipes accordingly

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
