Job Summary:
The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging and creative content across various platforms to promote our brand and products. This role involves generating ideas, producing high-quality written and visual content, and ensuring consistency in tone and style across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Develop content ideas that align with the company's marketing strategy and goals.

Produce a variety of content types, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.

Social Media Management:
Manage and update social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) with relevant content.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media activity.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Visual Content Creation:
Design and create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that enhance written content.

Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.

Use design software and tools to create content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.

SEO and Analytics:
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Optimize content based on performance metrics and user engagement.

Content Planning and Strategy:
Develop a content calendar that outlines the production and publication schedule.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to gather information and insights for content creation.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, tone, and style.

Maintain consistency in messaging across all content and platforms.

Update and refine content guidelines as needed to reflect the evolving brand identity.

Content Review and Editing:
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality.

Proofread and fact-check content before publication.

Ensure all content meets legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Additional Skills:
Creative and innovative thinking.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Work Environment:
Office-based with the option for remote work depending on company policy.

Fast-paced and dynamic work environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
