A0-A4 Technician is responsible to conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E systems and building defects such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc. Your role includes but not limited to:
- Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.- Organising and liaising with contractors with repair and maintenance works.- Ensuring customer and retailer safety.- Acting as a frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints.- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.- Ensuring the Centre’s daily cleanliness, appearance and safety.- Assisting with emergency procedures as required.

Requirement- Certificate of competency (A0-A4) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.- Minimum 2 years’ experience in shopping mall management or relevant industry experience- Trade background essential (plumbing or electrical preferred)- PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)- Familiar with Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations and etc.- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills including relationship building
