Tfm Technician

Responsibilities - Perform rounds, reading & checking of all equipment & instrumentation wellbeing. - System parameters monitoring (e.g.: temperature, RH, flow, pressure and pH) - Perform particle count for all cleanroom area & Check filters condition for AHU & fan coil unit. - Attend to any system alarm & Check and clean strainers, Clean and rectify leaks. - Respond to tool/manufacturing equipment problems caused by facilities system - Liaise with Dyson Stakeholders for any utilities problem that are tie in to new / existing system - Switch over operation of redundant Equipment’s - Inspect installations to ensure it adhere to design and equipment specifications - Carry out work in accordance with safety procedures and keep proper record of all works carried out on-site - Responsible for total plant mechanical system maintenance such as Make-Up Air Units, Fan Filter Units, Fan Coil Units, Gas Delivery Systems, Process Cooling Water system, Solvent Scrubber, Gen. Exhaust, Process Vacuum and UPS system schedule and preventive maintenance and not limited to following duty and functions. Requirements: Computer Literate (MS Office, IE, etc.) Certificate / Diploma in Electrical or mechanical field. Housekeeping & 5S Working in Clean Room Electrostatic Discharge Electrical Safety
