IT Executive

Assist in managing the company's infrastructure technology, including servers, networks and cloud.
- Assist in infrastructure project implementation to improve performance, reliability and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related issues.
- Respond to user inquiries via IT Helpdesk and resolve issue in timely and efficient manner.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems, including software patches and antivirus updates.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify and resolve issue in timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain IT assets inventory, including tracking and documentation of hardware and software licenses.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and advancements in the field of IT support.

Job Requirement
- Familiarity with cloud computing, network infrastructure, server infrastructure and administration, storage infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
- Posses own transport.
- Experience in ITIL or other service management frameworks is a plus.
- Basic understanding of global medical device regulations, requirements and standards will be advantageous, but not an absolute requirement.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
