**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare payment vouchers and receiving vouchers for Area Office invoices, expenses, contract etc.
- Support the development of the systems.
- Assist and coordinate with Head Office for routine and ad hoc task.
- Manage fixed assets records, depreciation and retirement.
- Prepare branch financial statements.
- Cash flow management
- Prepare Cash call and coordinate review, and approval.
- Manage, update, reconcile and monitor office petty and ensure cash availability.
- Process, review and monitor invoice received from vendors and ensure approval from Manager/Country Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of Bac. In Accounting or Finance, professional qualification i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent is a plus.
- Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent in Microsoft office skills, especially Excel

**The following experience is an advantage**:
1) Audit experience

2) Experience in upstream oil and gas industry

3) Familiar with Production Sharing Contract (PSC) and Joint Venture environment

4) Preparation of WP&B and JV reporting.

5) Knowledge in Petroleum Income Tax and Corporate Income Tax compliance
