- To produce premium/ high quality design with an egoless attitude.

- To produce 3D artist impression, construction and fabrication 2D drawings independently.
- To arrange, coordinate, control and manipulate progress of a project.

- Strong design sense and intimate knowledge of materials, design concept, color scheme and good in detail drawings.
- Years of working experience: Min 5 years in residential / commercial projects.
- Managed to deal with clients (high-end clients preferred)
- Manage and lead projects to handover
- Required languages: English/ Mandarin
