**IT Project & Program Lead Coordinator**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Initiate, plan, manage, monitor and control complex projects and programs
- Overall responsibility for the achievement of project and program objectives and reporting to project clients and steering committees
- Drive decision-making based on facts and figures by actively managing stakeholders
- Ensure organizational change management regarding the implementation of projects /programs results
- Active involvement in the further development and continuous improvement of project management processes, methods and tools
- This role is required to manage complex programs and projects
- It must be ensured that the increasingly complex requirements placed on IT Infrastructure are processed in a regulated manner and that results are achieved that are in line with corporate standards.
- Projects, programs and processes must be managed globally and internationally across borders, and related communication and information must be ensured
- Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in the field of Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of project, program management or PMO
- Experience working with international and global teams and excellent inter personal skills
- Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking
- Independent, methodical, result-oriented and structured way of working
- Knowledge of requirements management would be a plus
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
- Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
