**Key Purpose**
- Conference Producers are responsible for leading content development and implementing event logistics of industry-specific conferences. Essential roles include sourcing abstracts, implementing tasks and programs related to the event as well creating and managing client relationships related to the event.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Conduct research to identify and invite participation from industry experts best suited to the topic of interest determined by management in consultation with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with client on their “wishlist” - key executives and participants to be invited for the event (target market); confirming the job designations and preferred companied to be invited.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective speakers, team managers, decision makers essential to the success of the event (in-person or webinar).
- Coordinate onsite operations and logistics for live events.
- Manage conference timelines including program flows, technical checks and rehearsals, video recording sessions where applicable and creating media content for webinars.
- Create content for mailshots that are timely and relevant to target audience.
- Develop and execute delegate campaign to promote events to target audience.
- Accommodate occasional travel and work outside of normal business hours.

**Qualifications, Experience & Languages**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related fields

**Experience**:

- At least one year experience in organising business conferences or event management
- 5+ years of experience in conference or event productions
- 2+ years of experience in mounting well-attended webinars or online workshops

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English
- Arabic is a definite plus but not required
- Fluency in additional languages will be beneficial

**Skills & Competencies**
- A sound understanding of event business, business structure, business conferencing, and event management.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPIs and tight deadlines.
- High computer proficiency for learning event management software (DMS Events portals and webinar platforms) as well as an in-depth literacy in MS Office and Google Suite.
