Account Clerk

Job Scope:
- Maintain an effective filing system for all documents and record
- Prepare, issue and monitor all payment related matters
- Prepare related monthly reports according to schedule
- Perform data entry work accurately and in a timely manner
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail
- Assist in accounting tasks with accounting/inventory softwar
- Assist in handling day-to-day administrative duties
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Botanic Capital,Klang.
- Know basic accounting issue invoice, cheque and trade receivable knowledge
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
