**Join Our Team as a PR Executive at The Salvation Army Malaysia**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the community? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where creativity meets purpose? The Salvation Army Malaysia is seeking a talented and dedicated Public Relations Executive to join our team and help us amplify our impact.

As a PR Executive, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our public image and advancing our mission.Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance our visibility and engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with media representatives to secure favorable coverage and promote our initiatives.
- Manage digital campaigns and social media platforms to effectively reach our audience.
- Plan and execute fundraising activities to support our programs and services.
- Engage with donors and stakeholders to cultivate relationships and drive support for our cause.
- Maintain the donor database with accurate and up-to-date records, and perform reporting to track donation trends and effectiveness of fundraising efforts.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed to facilitate smooth operations and organizational effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in PR, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in database management and reporting. Experience with donation management software is preferred.

**Duty Hours**

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows.

Mondays to Fridays : 08:30 am to 05:30 pm (inclusive of a 1-hour break)

Flexibility in the working schedule is required when necessary.
