As Honda 4S Dealer, we seek dedicated and enthusiastic Claim Advisors to join our team located in USJ, Subang Jaya due to expansion. Your role as Claim Advisors in our Body & Paint Department includes:

- Facilitating efficient and accurate processing of insurance claims for customers’ vehicles.
- Gathering information about vehicle damage, accidents, insurance coverages and ensuring accurate documentation for claims submission and processing.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to initiate and follow up on claims in timely manner.
- Work and liaise with workshop team to assess repair costs, prepare repair estimates and communicate effectively with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Keep customers well informed on claims status including any changes or additional requirements that may arise during repair process. Address customers’ concerns and work towards excellent customer service and resolution.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and compliance guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to enhance workshop efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical, Business/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Previous working experience in similar industry preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- This role requires you to work 6 days a week (Mondays - Saturdays) full day.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
