Trade Marketing Specialist

**Job Scope**:
- ** Developing Marketing Strategies**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective trade marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives and sales targets.
- ** Trade Promotion Planning**: Plan and execute trade promotions, discounts, and incentives to drive sales and achieve distribution goals, while maximizing ROI.
- ** Channel Management**: Identify and evaluate different sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and online, to optimize marketing efforts and reach target audiences effectively.
- ** Merchandising and POS Materials**: Coordinate the creation and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and merchandising assets to enhance product visibility and drive purchase decisions at the point of sale.
- ** Trade Events and Exhibitions**: Plan and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products, generate leads, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- ** Market Analysis and Insights**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
**Requirements**:
- ** Marketing Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on trade marketing, brand management, or sales support within the consumer goods industry.
- ** Trade Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel management.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data, consumer insights, and sales metrics to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies and plans.
- ** Project Management**: Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- ** Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively with trade partners, retailers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and maximize promotional opportunities.
