**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to trainers to help them improve their training delivery and facilitation skills.
- Design, Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Stay updated with the latest training trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
- Maintain training records and produce reports on training activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in any discplines.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer/ technical/ F&B or a similar role.
- Certification in **HRD TTT is a MUST**.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with virtual training delivery and digital learning tools. (plus point)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
