**Marketing**
- To conduct market surveys on other developers and developments surrounding the project. To organise roadshows/ property expo to promote the project.
- To collate and key-in all data of new interested customers.
- To follow up with potential customers on the project and upcoming projects Liaise with bankers, agents and purchasers to convert booked to sold unit

**Sales Customer Services**
- To work and fulfil towards achieving annual sales targets/quota and other objectives outlined by the company and HOD.
- Attend to customers enquiries.
- Ensure all sales are recorded in the Daily Sales Records and update the records on weekly basis to HQ

**Administrative Functions**
- Update potential/registrants/purchasers’ data into the system.
- Make arrangement for execution of Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC) or collection of the agreements at the site sales office
- To liaise with panel of solicitors on the status, execution and stamping of SPA/DMC. Liaise with bankers on update of loan packages.
- Compile daily summary sales and collection report and forward to HQ.
- Monitor the cleanliness of the Site Sales Office and Show Unit are in good condition. To ensure all office automation are in good working condition.
- To carry out all work-related instructions given by Immediate superior/ HOD.
- To make arrangement to clear all bank-in of daily collection received at Sales Office.
- To compile daily collection summary i.e. summary from receipt books/system for accounting purposes. Key in of new sales, generate receipts, reminders and other related documents.
- To maintain good filling system and records of purchasers’ files and records.
- To ensure that all existing signboard, banner and bunting permits are valid and to renew the permit/license before it expires.
- To take instruction and to execute all other related duties that may be assigned by Immediate superior/HOD
