Your main tasks will be:
**Together with the Market Manager and Process Owner, the Touchpoint Owner is responsible for enabling the technical integration of the various systems/products in the online/offline direct sales landscape in the relevant markets. ** The Touchpoint Owner drives detailed and dedicated requirements engineering and product integration based on continuous alignments with the markets and all relevant stakeholders in order to drive the touchpoints integration.
**Continuous exploration and operational definition of requirements (based on process blueprint and maintenance of existing configurations)**
**. ** Together with Market Manager, identify with market legal, compliance and data protection aspects and ensure clarification (in detail) to transfer it into integration relevant requirements definition and integration steps.
**Knowledge and understanding of high-level processes and IT landscape in live markets and of existing Blueprint and Headquarter product landscape is crucial. ** Consolidate business requirements in Confluence, then present to HQ Product Owner (e.g. DSPnext, eContracting etc.) and then in a second step to BAs for them to be able to derive User Stories and use them for implementation.
**This role also takes care of all Markets new demands, aligns with Product Teams and other Markets and finalize requirements for the implementation. ** Handover of defined demands/requirements for implementation to IT Team.
**Continuous alignment with Brand Partner, BA's and test manager, Product Owner from CTO, Market Manager, markets and Process Manager. ** Ensure a smooth Online & Offline Customer Sales journey
**This particular position will be joining the Online/Offline Direct Sales Team as based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.**
REQUIREMENT
1. Education & Work experience
- University degree or equivalent with focus on business administration - Ideally, several years of professional experience as a Product Owner/Touch Point Owner, as well as in tech oriented projects for software development/implementation and project management in general
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Digital systems
- At least 3 years preferably with multi markets Product Owner experience
- Proven competency in stakeholder management and top leadership communication in market, region and HQ
- Proven end-to-end understanding of automotive/finance processes, systems and technologies in Sales, Credit and/or Contract Operations
2. Critical and soft skills knowledge
- High analytical and conceptual competence
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Intercultural competence
- Experience in agile project work (SCRUM, SAFE etc.)
- Atlassian products Confluence/Jira - MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Business fluent in English (German is a plus)
