KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Conduct field visitation and investigation on uncontactable customers, newly disbursed, fraud, etc. Exhaust viable ways to obtain new leads to reach customers.

▪ Negotiate and advice customer on repayment of payment. Handle and meet up customers who surrender the vehicle back to TCAPM.

▪ Ad-hoc assignments for any incidental visit including but not limited to site inspection to store yard & dealers, obtaining stamp from commissioner of oaths, lodging police report, meeting with relevant authorities, etc.

▪ Prepare performance report of individual and regional site visits for management reporting. Manage submission of travel claims.

▪ Handle any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Team Lead/Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

▪ Minimum Diploma or any equivalent professional qualification.

▪ Minimum 1 year of working experience in Debt Collection industry.

▪ Possess own transport - willing to travel to conduct site visits in Pahang area & outstation site visitation assignment to Terengganu & Kelantan (monthly)

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
