**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in conduct HIRARC and workplace inspection (WPI).
- To assist in checking and verify Forklift and Reach Truck and First Aid Box inspection.
- To assist and supervise third party who provides services related to OSH eg; LEV and Audiometric test etc.
- To conduct briefing of SHE related issue to the workers.
- To assist in receiving and distributing PPE and first aid items.
- To assist in conducting monthly fire fighting equipment inspection.
- To assist in quarterly firefighting equipment inspection by appointed service provider.
- Keep updated records of checklists, filing and activity log record. Data entry and input of documentation.
- To support Reg and Comp Dept in the implementation of ISO 14001: 2015 in UGGR.
- To perform safety and environmental related job task as per instruct by superior from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Safety & Health/ Science/ Engineering or any related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay & English
- Able to work with all levels within the organization
- Able to do documentation and reporting
- Enthusiastic, team player and eager to learn
