**Data Entry**: Accurately enter data into electronic databases, spreadsheets, or other software systems. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- **Filing and Records Management**: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence. Retrieve and file documents as needed, following established procedures.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using word processing or spreadsheet software.
- **Answering Phones**: Handle incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department. Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Coordinate logistics such as room reservations, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and reorder as necessary. Maintain organized supply closets and storage areas.
- **Expense Reporting**: Assist in processing expense reports and reimbursement requests. Verify receipts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Assisting with Special Projects**: Support departmental initiatives and special projects as assigned. Conduct research, gather data, and compile information as needed.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
