Record all received pin code received from both supplier and storefront to the internal Excel database.
- Ensure the data entry is accurate before uploading to server.
- Assist in card purchasing for users in Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.
- Update daily purchase record for API system and CN direct top up.
- Submit orders to get approval from the department or from the in-charge personnel.
- Prepare accurate and complete cards purchase orders.
- Assist purchaser / superior / HOD to do data update (ad-hoc task).
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Possess at least SPM / STPM certificates.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (written & verbal communication).
- Have basic knowledge of using computer and Excel.
- Accuracy - Meeting the highest standard of accuracy.
- Attention to detail - Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
- Follow up - Ability ko keep tracking the issues and make sure the issues have been settled.
- Forecasting skills - Ability to make accurate predictions about the future
- Interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate, build relationships and work well with others.
- Problem solving - Ability to solve problems in an effective and timely manner without any impediments.
- Quick typing skills - Able to typing fast and accuracy without looking at the keys.
