Internship for Business Administration

**Requirements**:
- Possess strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive working attitude.
- Great communication and presentation skills, as well as fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Support strong teamwork, good communication, and a happy work environment.
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday, **9:00 am until 6:00 pm.**:
- Minimum internship period of 3 months.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handles a variety of office administration activities, such as document preparation and client delivery packaging.
- Collaborates with the team to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
- Oversees and maintains up-to-date records within the system.
- Responsible for inventory counting, box sorting, and shelf stocking duties.
- Responsible for coordinating daily dispatches and managing incoming deliveries as required.
- Manages the arrival of new materials, unloads trucks, and verifies their alignment with the order.
- Provide a point of contact for customers with any logistics-related difficulties.
- Process any returned items or non-conforming products according to the prescribed processes.
- Contribute to a wide range of departmental activities and associated functions.
