Responsibility: - Manages the day-to-day work of an IT team. Leads the IT support functions from a technical perspective - Manage the overall IT strategy, operations and infrastructure. - Lead and manage the IT team responsible for providing support and services to the entire group, ensuring effective collaboration, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks - Monitor system performance and ensure data security and integrity - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software platforms. - Planning and managing the IT budget, including allocating resources, tracking expenditures, and optimizing costs - Evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with external service providers - Manage and monitor projects to ensure the committed deliverables are on track and on budget with minimum risks - Provide consultation and propose system/solution to enhance business processes - Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and vendors to enhance our IT capabilities - Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of IT systems and data through effective security measures and disaster recovery plans. - Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, including data privacy, security, and software licensing compliance. - Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution - Collaborate with vendors and external IT service providers - Conduct training sessions to enhance staff IT literacy - Oversee all software licenses are updated and kept safely - Manage data backup and restoration process - Provide metrics and reports of IT system usage - Manage annual IT budgets & monitor appropriate budgetary controls
