**The Role**

The Livestream & Social Content Manager liaises with KAMs and Marketing Execs to deliver 100% of planned video content and livestream sessions in order to meet clients’ revenue targets. He/She oversees video content production ensuring tasks are efficiently assigned to the team and supervises livestream production, mobile and OBS setups.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Recruit, coach, and motivate hosts to deliver targeted revenue for clients and the company
- Plan and schedule livestream, hosts and studios to meet target volumes of livestream
- Propose and develop the right technical setup for studios
- Updating changes in schedule on a daily basis reflecting canceled and rescheduled sessions
- Direct hosts and content production team for the shooting of video content
- Constantly update knowledge about live streaming and platforms such as TikTok, SHopeeLive, Lazada, etc.
- Request funding and purchasing of props and studio decoration materials
- Lead the strategy and execution team for creating Short-Form videos to drive conversion on social media platforms, focusing on visually appealing content tailored to your market of operations.
