**About the role.**
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to be based out of our KL office, providing pre contract cost management support to our UK business.

The role would suit those with up to 10 years experience in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Consulting carrying out pre-contract duties such as cost planning, feasibility studies, tender management and value engineering.

Working in a small but growing team, you will be responsible for supporting our expanding pipeline of large scale, high-profile projects across all sectors of the built environment. This will include projects within the residential, retail, industrial, healthcare and leisure sectors.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

- Working as part of a team of surveyors reporting into the Associate Director whilst providing a pre-contract, cost management services.
- Preparing cost plans, financial reports and full tender documentation.
- Monitor performance milestones and deliverables.
- Carry out full post contract surveying duties including establishing the effect of variations,

**About you.**
- Have up to 10 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager.
- Have prior experience working for a reputable local or international consultancy practice where carrying out pre-contract duties was a significant part of your role.
- Worked on large scale projects within the built environment, including exposure to sectors such as residential, retail, industrial, healthcare and leisure.
- Experience of using CostX software would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in the English language.
- Have achieved or be working towards charterships with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or a similar equivalent professional body.
