Trainer - Cyberjaya

As a trainer, you will:

- Provide on-boarding training for new joiners so that they are able to handle calls from the Corporate Hotline.
- Identify training program for team managers, senior specialists to facilitate better management skills.
- Work with Learning & Transformation to arrange appropriate training program for existing team members to enhance servicing skill.
- Work with service coach to review training decks and quizzes to ensure that they are current and accurate for training effectiveness.
- Work with service coach to execute BBCS Employee Development Program, Team Manager Certification Program and track their attendance for certification.
- Work with service coach to evaluate in-house training program and recommend changes to enhance the program.

**Qualifications**

Who you are
- Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience in client service in corporate banking.
- Energetic and self-motivated individual with experience in training preferred.
- Possess good communication, listening and organizational skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Able to commit to working days following Singapore calendar.
